SOIR.EE 1960 was launched as an ambitious initiative under STARTUP EUROPE to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the European Union, a landmark occasion commemorating unity, innovation, and cultural diversity. Premiering in Brussels in 2017, this event brought together emerging European photographers and groundbreaking startups to create a unique fusion of art and entrepreneurship.

A Pan-European Showcase

This unique exhibition featured 12 emerging photographers and 12 innovative startups from 13 European nations, including Luxembourg, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Belgium, Latvia, and Austria. The works addressed themes central to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), such as environment, energy, medicine, and education, highlighting the transformative power of creativity and innovation.
